 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Waiver
By participating in a retreat with Zendrift/Tiny Goat you agree to the following Terms and Conditions;



a. That I am participating in a Retreat, Class, Workshop, or Pre-registered session offered by Zendrift/Tiny Goat during which I will receive information / instruction about Yoga and/or Pilates. I recognize that Yoga and/or Pilates may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and/or hazards
involved.

b. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat, Class, Workshop, or Pre-registered Yoga and/or Pilates session. I certify that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Class, Workshop or Pre-registered Yoga and/or Pilates session.
 


c. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in any Yoga and/or Pilates program with Zendrift/Tiny Goat, including hot or warm temperature classes.
 


d. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against Zendrift/Tiny Goat, its instructors and staff, and its owners, for any injury, death or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in a Retreat, Class, Workshop or Pre-registered Yoga and/or Pilates session with Zendrift; including loss that may be caused by the
negligence of the released party.
 


e. I release and discharge Zendrift/Tiny Goat, its owners, staff and its instructors from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have related to the loss, theft or damage of any of my personal property while participating in a Retreat, Class, Workshop, or Pre-registered Yoga and/or Pilates session offered by Zendrift.
 


f. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts. In participating in a Retreat, Class, Workshop, or Pre-registered session offered by Zendrift I have agreed to the above terms and conditions and fully understand its contents. I am 18 years of age or older and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. If participants are under the age of 18 their legal guardian agrees the these terms of the minors behalf.

2. Contact Information
We require a valid contact email address for all correspondence and a mobile phone number so we can contact you during your stay. Please let us know if any of these details change at any stage. 

 

3. Group Bookings 
Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own retreat individually and directly to us.
Shared rooms must be filled to capacity. If no roommate is found for a shared room, the guest will be placed in a private room and the guest will be required to pay the difference.

 

4. Deposit 
A non-refundable deposit of USD$700 per guest is due at the time of booking. 

5. Confirmation 
Once the deposit is received we will confirm the booking and issue an invoice for the remaining balance. 

 

6. Payments
Balance of the invoice is due 8 weeks (56 days) before the retreat start date.
If booking less than 8 weeks (56 days) before the start date then payment is due in full.
Zendrift must receive the exact amount invoiced in United States Dollars irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third-party charges at the time of payment or transfer. When paying by bank transfer, please inform your bank that all transfer fees owed are to be charged to you, to prevent that Zendrift receiving a diminished amount.

 

7. Cancelation  
If you cancel at any time the USD$700 deposit is forfeited. 
For cancelations made within 56 days of the start date, Zendrift will retain 100% of the cost of the retreat. If another person can be found to fill the spot, then we may offer you a partial refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a full refund. 
Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for any unused portion of the retreat.

 

8. Your Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. 
Zendrift/Tiny Goat is not liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.

 

9. Travel Insurance
We require all participants to purchase travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in the retreat that you book as well as potential losses, cancellations, illness or damage and risks. We highly encourage you to purchase “cancel for any reason” cover to protect you against the chance of cancellation.
You should bring the insurance policy with you in case of any emergency.

 

10. Your Health
It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake any physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the retreat.
We request that you inform us if you have any health problems before booking your place in a retreat. If you do not inform us about your health problems, Zendrift/Tiny Goat holds the right to cancel your reservation and will not refund any compensation. If you have health problems that may be affected by the activities of the retreat, Zendrift/Tiny Goat reserves the right to deny participation if we believe there may be a risk for your physical or psychological health.
We ask that women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.
It is your responsibility to let our retreat leaders know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our retreats. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must stop the activity as soon as possible, and contact a Zendrift/Tiny Goat staff member. If you continue with activities that may cause there to be a chance of further worsening of the injury, Zendrift/Tiny Goat reserves the right to deny your stay and participation in the retreat, without refunding the cost of the retreat.


 

11. Amendments
Zendrift/Tiny Goat reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar excellent rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure.

 

12.Liability
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.
We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, the threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat.
We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

13. No Smoking
The property is non-smoking. 

 

14. Check-in/out
Check-in time for the Property is 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and check out is 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). 

 

15. Hospitality
Typically, light breakfast brunch is served between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00am daily, brunch is served between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00am daily, afternoon snack between 2:30pm and 3:30pm and dinner service is between 7:30pm and 8:30pm nightly. Catering will not be provided outside of these times. For the avoidance of doubt, lunch and room service are not provided by the operators. If the Client decides a meal on any given day is not required because they choose to eat elsewhere, the Guest will give adequate notice to the Staff.
Subject to the terms of Amansala’s alcohol license, a selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks are available for purchase in certain parts of the Property. Payment by credit cards will be converted to Mexican Pesos at exchange rate 18 mxp to 1 usd. 
Amansala Resort reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to a Guest at their absolute discretion.
Housekeeping will attend to rooms every second day. Bedroom linen is changed once per week. Laundry service is available upon request.

 

16. Photography 
We will at times take photographs during a retreat for our website and promotional material, including adverts. You agree to have your photograph taken. If you are sensitive about this, please let the retreat leader know this when you arrive.

 

17. Resort Rules 
For the entirety of your stay at Amansala Resort you agree to adhere to the Resort Rules and the terms set out in the Amansala Terms & Conditions (https://https://www.amansala.com/terms-conditions) provided that they do not contradict the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. Amansala Resort reserves the right from time to time to amend or supplement the Lodge Rules applicable to the Property as in the Operator’s judgment, acting reasonably, are from time to time needed for the safety, care, cleanliness and efficient operation of the Property. Notice of the Resort Rules and amendments and supplements, if any, will be given to all Guests to thereupon comply with and observe them.
 
18. Complaint Resolution 
Zendrift/TinyGoat is confident that you will not have any cause for concern during your retreat. However if you should have any problems during your stay this should first be brought to the attention of the Retreat Leader. 
If you are not satisfied with the local resolution, then, any further comments or suggestions should be put in writing, within 14 days of the retreat end date, specifying the problems to hello@zendriftyoga.com
