Kaleigh was born and raised in New Brunswick, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Allison University before deciding to spend some time traveling the world on her own. These travels eventually led her back to Canada where she found her new home in Revelstoke. She became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition while finding a balance of enjoying life in her new mountain town. Kaleigh first discovered the joy of yoga in 2013 and has spent the last decade exploring the practice and discovering her own style, before completing her Yoga Teacher Training at the beginning of 2022.
Kaleigh is passionate about the connection of breath to movement, encouraging her students to find flow in transitions between poses, and always being attentive to proper alignment in order to safely build strength and awareness in the body. She most recently completed her Yin Certification and is so excited to share the practice of Yin Yoga with others.
Principal Pilates Expert
A Brit by birth, Jane grew up just outside Toronto, then spent 20years in Vancouver before moving to Revelstoke in 2021. She has been in a long-term relationship with Pilates for over 15years, leading to the completion of two comprehensive certifications, one from PhysicalMind, which was more contemporary, and a Classical approach through Pilates from the Center, along with an additional certification in pre/post-natal Pilates. As a professional dancer for over a decade, Jane always depended on Pilates to keep things feeling as balanced as possible in her body. When injury signaled the end of that career a few years ago, Jane took a deep dive into not only her Pilates practice, but into how other movement modalities could support the body to unwind and then repattern long-standing movement strategies. She has since completed additional training and workshops in Yamuna Body Rolling, Franklin Method, Pilates for Rehabilitation, and Anatomy Trains, and is a certified level 1 Hypopressives teacher. During her last year on the coast Jane worked as a physio assistant at a pelvic health clinic and this experience further ignited her passion and curiosity to learn more about pre- and post-natal support and education, Pilates for rehabilitation, the interconnectedness of the body through the nervous system and fascia, and the importance of a trauma-informed practice in healthcare. These topics are where Jane is directing her further learning endeavours.
As a teacher Jane loves to get specific and dive into the details. She believes if you have a strong understanding of the foundations of your support systems, that from there you can push, play, explore and challenge yourself in all aspects of your life. She believes in leaning into the pleasure of hard work (but not tension), staying curious, and accepting what is available today. In her classes she tends to talk a lot, gets pretty excited and while she might sound a bit bossy (once a dance teacher always a dance teacher), she will encourage you to take care of your needs inside the experience so that you leave having had the workout your body and mind wanted that day.

Hailing from the sunny Arizona desert, Lauren was fortunate to experience her first yoga class at the age of 15 and has been a dedicated yogi ever since. What began as purely a love for the physical practice evolved over the years to encompass a deep admiration for yoga as a way of life - both on and off the mat. Lauren completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and shortly after became certified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She thrives on combining her passion for yoga, mindfulness and intuitive eating to serve her students and empower them throughout their journey.
Lauren draws from her experience in several styles of yoga, to create well rounded, playful and intelligently sequenced classes with a focus on safe alignment. She offers space to explore the body-breath connection with mindful instruction and alignment cues. Lauren continues to inspire her teaching through attending workshops with master teachers and spending time exploring the natural playground of beautiful British Columbia.
