Terms & Conditions

Contact Information

We require a valid contact email address for all correspondence and a mobile phone number so we can contact you during your stay. Please let us know if any of these details change at any stage.

Group Bookings

Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own retreat individually and directly to us.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of CAD$500 per guest is due at the time of booking.

Confirmation

Once the deposit is received we will confirm the booking and issue an invoice for the remaining balance.

Payments

Balance of the invoice is due 8 weeks (56 days) before the retreat start date.

If booking less than 8 weeks (56 days) before the start date then payment is due in full.

Zendrift must receive the exact amount invoiced in Canadian dollars irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third-party charges at the time of payment or transfer. When paying by bank transfer, please inform your bank that all transfer fees owed are to be charged to you, to prevent that Zendrift receiving a diminished amount.

It is your responsibility to let our retreat leaders know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our retreats. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must stop the activity as soon as possible, and contact a Zendrift staff member. If you continue with activities that may cause there to be a chance of further worsening of the injury, Zendrift reserves the right to deny your stay and participation in the retreat, without refunding the cost of the retreat.
